SALES TAX
Sales tax is based upon the origin and destination of your order. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you complete your purchase.
SHIPPING TIME
Taigan shops are individually owned and operated. Each shop will carefully pack and ship your order to you directly; therefore shipping charges are applied by each shop.
Delivery time can vary from item to item. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless you are otherwise advised by the shop.
Perishable items often ship more quickly. To protect freshness, some vendors do not ship Thursday through Sunday. Please read the Shipping & Returns section for each shop prior to placing your order.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are based on the order value at each shop and the pace at which it is shipped. When ordering, you will have the opportunity to select shipping method and preview shipping charges prior to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Many Taigan shops ship internationally. Review the shipping policies of each shop prior to placing your order. Perishable items cannot be shipped internationally. There are no returns on international orders.
WINE & CIGARS
Due to state restrictions and each wine purveyor’s licenses wine may not be able to be shipped to all states or localities in the US. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page at each Taigan Shop for detail on the permitted delivery states. If you provide a shipping address that is not in one of these states, your order will be declined.
Quantity limits may apply in some states.
Taigan requires a signature and verification of age upon delivery of wine and cigars.
PERISHABLE ITEMS & FOOD
We strive to ensure every order is delivered at the peak of freshness and in impeccable condition.
To accommodate this, many perishable food purveyors do not ship Thursday through Sunday. And many food purveyors require additional packaging materials to ensure freshness during transit. Please review Shipping & Returns information at each shop to clarify details for your order.
RETURNS
As each Taigan shop is an individually owned and operated business, each shop has their own return policy – please review the return policy on any item(s) prior to purchase. To return an item to a shop, contact the shop thru the "email this shop link" on the site, or contact us at
memberservices@taigan.com.
There are no returns on custom items, food or other perishables nor on international orders.
