Shipping policy
Shipping Methods:
Orders usually take 2 business days for processing
1. Next Day (1 business day for delivery)
2. 2nd Day (2 business days for delivery)
3. Ground Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery)
4. No International Orders. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

Sales Tax:
All orders delivered to Florida address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

RETURNS
Return Policy:

All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE OR GET STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR NEW UNWORN MERCHANDISE. We give our customers 30 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customer need to pay the shipping to ship the return back first.
If the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).
If the return not caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. If coupon or discount applied on the original order, the amount will be taken off from the store credit accordingly.
NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY COSTUMES, LINGERIE, HOSIERY, SWIMSUIT OR INTIMATE APPAREL ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


Tony Aiello, The King of Linen

Antonino Aiello was born in Sorrento, and when he was just twenty-three he moved to a Capri. With the experience gained in his family’s textile company, in 2000 he founded 100% Capri, a prestigious brand of apparel and traditional household linens, and opens his first shop on via Fuorlovado.

In 2003 he takes the candid linens of his collections to the extraordinary setting of the Hotel de Russie in Rome, and the following year opens a boutique in St. Barthelemy, an elegant, refined island of the French Antilles, which has surprising affinities with the memorable Capri of the Sixties.

2006 marks the start of his home project – 100% Capri Home Collection – while two years later (2008) Tony landed in Bal Harbour with a Flagship Store in the most luxurious mall in the United States, the Bal Harbour Shops. In addition, an aristocratic 18th century palace in Meta di Sorrento is the new operating and commercial headquarter of 100% Capri. A surreal, blinding, incredibly white light. Pure and candid as the sharp reflecting light of the foam among the waves.

Thus it is the felicitous combination of linen and the magic of the island of Capri that gives rise to the man/woman/child collections of 100% Capri, allowing those who wear them to live in a dream. And thanks to Tony – who has dressed America in dazzling linen – it’s now an American dream too.
