Fed Ex is our preferred carrier:
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
Twenty Seven East is committed to providing a high quality product and experience for our customers. It is our utmost hope that you will be completely satisfied with your items. If however you wish to make a return, Twenty Seven East will accept products in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original credit card or a Twenty Seven East online credit can be provided. The online credit will be valid for 1 year from the date issued.
Any item returned, that is not in its original condition, with all original packaging, tagging, and certificates will not be accepted. Additionally, items that appear to have been used, laundered, or damaged in any way, will not be accepted. These items will be returned to the original shipping address provided and no refund or credit will be issued. Additional postage and processing charges may apply.
When making a return, please insure your package for the full retail value, as Twenty Seven East LLC cannot be responsible for items that are not delivered. For your additional protection, please retain a tracking number for your records. Credit will be issued in the form of an online credit or to the original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. All sales items are final sale.
