SHIPPING POLICY

Our Preferred Carrier is Fed Ex. For international shipments, all the shipping cost and customs and duties cost are the responsibility of the customer and may vary according to the weight and the merchandise. Ground shipping usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receipt of purchase with all tags attached and unworn in perfect condition. Sale merchandise is final sale. Jewelry and handbags are non returnable.

In order to return/exchange merchandise you must receive an RA number from us. You should email us giving us the Item, the date of sale and the invoice number and describing your reason for the return. We will email you back within 48 hours of your request to provide an RA number if your requested is accepted.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping cost unless the merchandise was damaged.

All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

All other returns will be sent back to the customer

International orders are non returnable.
