Returns:

For all products purchased directly from Birds Boxers over the phone, online at birdsofsausalito.com or at one of our retail stores, we’re happy to issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided.

Any merchandise that was not purchased directly from Birds Boxers that is accompanied by a receipt issued within 90 days will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.

For all merchandise returned without a receipt, we’ll gladly issue merchandise credit for the last retail value of the goods.

Exchanges:

All exchanges accompanied with a receipt within 60 days of purchase will be eligible for a full merchandise credit.

For all merchandise sent back without a receipt, we’ll gladly value the goods at their last retail value.

If you are exchanging an item(s) because of a mistake on the behalf of Birds Boxers, we will not charge you for shipping the goods back to us.
