Blackberry Farm ships via Federal Express. Our goal is to ship your order within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All perishable items must ship via overnight delivery. Overnight shipments ship Monday through Thursday only. If your order includes both perishable and non-perishable items, non-perishable items will be shipped separately using ground shipping unless you request that all components ship overnight in the “delivery note” section at checkout. We will provide an accurate price quote in the Payment Request e-mail message.
Our FarmStead products are seasonal and handmade in limited quantities. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value in our gift collections should a listed item be unavailable.
Shipments to Tennessee addresses will incur sales tax. This will be reflected in your Payment Request total.
International shipments: Shipping charges quoted in your Payment Request will reflect international shipping charges only. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes, payable when your order arrives in your country. Perishable items may not ship internationally.
When you order products from Blackberry Farm you can be assured that our team will prepare and ship your selection quickly and with utmost care. We stand behind the quality, beauty and uniqueness of our merchandise and trust you will be pleased with any selection you make.
Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. If you need to make any claim with us, please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report your concern or request at 865.380.2266, or e-mail details to giftshop@blackberryfarm.com. When e-mailing or leaving a voicemail, please include your name, order number, and the nature of your request (shipment received damaged or broken, missing an item that was ordered or received incorrect item, return for exchange, or return for refund, and reason) so that we may address your needs more quickly.
For an item received damaged or broken in transit: customer should retain all original packaging and contents. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
For product returns due to Blackberry Farm error: if we are responsible for the error we will issue a return label along with instructions on how to schedule a FedEx pickup. Once the return label has been issued (either via e-mail or mail) we must receive the shipment within 21 days. Items must be in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn and include original tags, still attached to the garment.
For returns due to customer preference: For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, you should ship your return via Federal Express, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Unopened, unused items received in acceptable condition may be exchanged for an alternate item, or we will issue credit to the original purchasing card within 15 days of receipt of the returned item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
