Orders generally ship out within 1-3 business days

Due to the perishability of our products, we ship so they arrive to you as soon as possible and in perfect conditions. Orders ship the same day they are received, unless specified otherwise.

As we do not our chocolates sitting in any warehouse over the weekend, we ship Monday-Wednesday only. For overnight chocolate delivery, order must be placed by 2 pm EST Monday-Thursday.

RETURNS POLICY

Cacao Atlanta would like all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. For special orders only, most products are accepted only for credit or exchange, and only if defective quality as determined by Cacao Atlanta. Requests for return must be made with 2 weeks of date of delivery.
