SHIPPING POLICY
Fed Ex is our preferred carrier: Ground, 2nd Day,Standard Overnight
& International Economy
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. International Orders are non refundable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours (Holidays excluded), pending availability and payment authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.
Cerato Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email/phone call if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package (for this option, email is required). Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
If you would like to ensure a signature upon delivery, please contact us at 773.248.8604 or email info@ceratoboutique.com during store hours. We only insure up to $100.00 on every shipment. If you require more insurance on your shipment, please contact us as well. You will be responsible for any additional charges.
SALES TAX:
Items shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged 9.75% sales tax. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
RETURNS POLICY
Cerato Boutique will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, with ALL tags attached.
ALL SALE ITEMS, HANDBAGS, JEWELRY, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE!
Returns must be postmarked within SEVEN (7) days of receipt.
Upon receipt of goods, Cerato Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Cerato Boutique.
Cerato Boutique does not refund shipping and handling. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Cerato Boutique, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Cerato Boutique.
Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Cerato Boutique cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Cerato Boutique.
