domestic:
we use ups for all domestic shipping.
we offer ground, 2nd day, and overnight within the continental united states.
all orders over $1500 receive free ground shipping via ups to any address within the continental u.s.
we allow 2 business days (monday-friday) for order processing, although we try to process orders more quickly, whenever possible.
we cannot ship to p.o. boxes.
all applicable illinois sales tax will be added at checkout.

international:
we currently ship to the following countries:
canada, france, germany, the united kingdom, new zealand, and australia.

the sale of any product with python skin is prohibited by law from international shipment. any items that feature python skin will be canceled from your order.
price quotes are based on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis.
we strive to provide an accurate price quote up-front so you can make informed decisions. all quotes are provided in usd (united states dollars). the total provided upon checkout includes your selected product(s) and the most accurate estimate of international shipping fees that we receive from the carrier at the time of sale.
you are responsible for any and all duties and taxes, payable when your order arrives in your country.
if the order arrives in your country and any of the following occur, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund:
1. the customer refuses to accept the package.
2. the carrier is unsuccessful delivering the package to the designated address.
3. no attempt is made by the carrier in the destination country to deliver the package.
all international sales are final.

general for both domestic and international:
once a package leaves our hands, we no longer control it; in cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier or “acts of god” (weather, political upheavals, etc.), we will help to resolve any disputes to the best of our abilities, but cannot be held responsible or liable.

given the nature of our business, we do have strict return policies.
the following apply to online sales only:

all sales are final on handbags, jewelry, footwear, intimate apparel, sales merchandise, special orders, and international orders.

in order to exchange or return merchandise, you must first receive an ra (return authorization) number from us. we will issue an ra number once we receive an email from you detailing: the item(s) you wish to return; the date of sale and invoice number; the reason for the return.
returned merchandise must be received in-store within 7 business days (monday-friday) of ra issuance date.
all returned goods must be packaged in such a way that the products and their original packaging are protected from damage that reasonably may arise due to shipping and handling.
we will offer exchanges or full refunds, less the cost of the return shipping and handling, for all returned items that meet these guidelines.

as long as your order status is “in process,” we can accept order cancelations. however, once we have issued a tracking number, we no longer can cancel the order.
