RETURNS POLICY
Items should be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Merchandise should be returned new, unused and with all CICADA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return as these are considered part of the product. If these items are not included, we will not accept the return.
Sale Merchandise is a Final Sale. There are no returns, repairs or exchanges on these items. Discounts during our One day Sales apply only to merchandise purchased the day of the Sale, there are NO price adjustments on previous purchases.
Late Returns
Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Returns outside these time frames are NOT accepted.
Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that show wear on the bottom, are unattached, that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes will not be accepted.
Sleepwear & Swimwear
Briefs and swim suits should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns that do not have this strip or which are soiled may not be accepted.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if a manufacturing fault is noticed within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by the receipt. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will repair faulty items.
Sale Merchandise is a Final Sale. There are no returns, repairs or exchanges on these items.
Jane Hollinger items purchased from CICADA are guaranteed against defect within 90 days. If you have any repair issues, we’ll send the piece back to the artist who made it for inspection. Shipping and repair fees will vary. Proof of purchase at CICADA is required.
