Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Orders cannot be returned to store; whereas in-stock items can be returned and can be credited via original form of payment or in-store credit within 7 business days and to be returned to the store at the customer's expense. Original shipping will not be included in the refund. The item must be in the same condition as was sent out from the store. If the item is in poor condition, no refund or store credit will be given.
