FedEx Standard Overnight

We ship via Federal Express. Our items must ship via overnight delivery. We also offer priority overnight delivery upon request. We will provide an accurate price quote in the Payment Request e-mail message. We are not responsible for weather delays.
Shipments to Florida addresses will incur sales tax. This will be reflected in your Payment Request total.
International shipments: We are unable to ship internationally.

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. If you need to make any claim with us, please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. Contact us upon immediate receipt of your purchase. When e-mailing or leaving a voicemail, please include your name, order number, and the nature of your request (shipment received damaged or broken, missing an item that was ordered or received incorrect item, return for exchange, or return for refund, and reason) so that we may address your needs more quickly.

For an item received damaged or broken in transit: customer should retain all original packaging and contents. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
