Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Handling Fees are nonrefundable.

RETURN POLICY
If a customer should for any reason wish to return any regular purchase, we will provide a refund (minus the cost of original shipping from Tennessee) provided that the customer:
1) informs EVY by email, within 3 days of receiving it, of their decision to return the piece
2) ships the item back to us in its original condition at their own cost, with the original purchase tag attached. Returns without the original purchase tag will not be accepted. (Important – DO NOT ship back to us before receiving authorization and instructions)

We will then provide a dollar refund minus a re-stocking fee of 10% of the price paid

There are no returns on Antique, Custom Made or special Order items.
