You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Shipping is freight service $99 to clients within the continental United States excluding Alaska. Please submit a message from the Contact Us page to discuss international ordering options. All fire pits are shipped on common carriers and arrive as curbside residential lift gate service. Tractor trailers will deliver the fire pits so they will need a street location that allows them to enter and leave without difficulty. Additional shipping charges may apply if freight access/delivery is unavailable. White glove service is available please contact us for more information. Most fire pits leave the shop within five business days, shipping transit times are determined by your location in relation to our shop in central Tennessee.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Customer must return the fire pit securely mounted in its original container and in the original condition. Customer arranges and pays for all return shipping. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
