UPS Ground

Fritz builds each paddle by hand. Payment is made to secure your place in his production schedule; orders generally take 2 to 4 weeks to complete and 4 to 6 during the summer and Christmas seasons. Please call for details or questions.

Custom Orders:
Individual attention is given to each client and their paddle. Many of our clients order a custom paddle specifying their choice of woods and composite laminate. Once payment is received your paddle is placed in our production schedule. Please order early during our busy seasons. Crafting paddles finds new friendships and rewarding smiles as each heirloom is created.

Shipping:
UPS is our preferred carrier. The majority of paddles are shipped ground, however, other options are available. We insure each paddle valued at the paddle’s pricing. Saving the box is wise, especially if you wish to have the paddle refinished after 18 to 24 months of use. At this time we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to other international destinations.

Return Policy:
We do except accept returns at a 25% restocking fee which is determined by purchased price. Return shipping is the responsibly of the client. If the paddle has been used, no longer in new condition and displays use, the restocking fee increases to 50% or loss of deposit.

Limited Warranty:
Fritz Orr Canoe’s warranties cover defects in materials and craftsmanship. Abusive use and care is not covered, repairs are judged on an individual bases.
