We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@gracehayeslinens.com. We will issue a refund (for product only) up to seven (7) days after receipt of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. After 7 days, we will be happy to issue a store credit.
