We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise noted at the item level. Orders received outside of those days will be processed on the next available shipping day.

Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.

On certain items like Baked Goods for Holidays offerings, we accept pre-orders. On the Product details page we indicate when the item will begin shipping. This is to ensure both product freshness and a timely Holiday delivery.

We use Fed-Ex. Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you need to make any claim with us, please make it within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
