Our Preferred Carrier is Fed Ex.
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs for non-defective merchandise are not refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer returning a product to insure the return shipment, as refunds will not be granted until the return is received.
RETURNS POLICY
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
All Vintage Jewelry and Classic Collection Jewelry is final sale. No returns accepted.
Items marked FINAL SALE or for sale at 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise or items purchased at private sales or trunk shows. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Jules Reid reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
