6% sales tax if shipped to Connecticut address unless we have a valid reseller’s license on file. Otherwise sales tax is not charged.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee all our products to be free of defects and to be made accurately according to our clients written specifications. All of our products are hand embroidered. Some minor variation is normal. To initiate a guarantee claim, please notify us in writing within two weeks of receipt of order.
