Cut-to-order items will ship upon completion. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

Overnight and 2nd Day FedEx shipping is available through special arrangement.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that because of the cut-to-order nature of manufacture, certain items will require a 3-4 week production period before they are available to be shipped. We appreciate your patience in these cases and promise you that the quality and value of the items you receive will be worth the wait!

Juney Bloom accepts returns of new, unwashed, unworn merchandise for exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase to ensure full refund in the form of your original payment. For returns received after 14 days and up to 21 days, Juney Bloom will be happy to make an exchange based on the current selling price. Returns received after 21 days will not be accepted under any circumstance and no refund or credit will be issued. Final sale item(s) and special orders may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached. Please include your original packing slip along with completed return/exchange form with your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs for non-defective merchandise are not refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer returning a product to insure the return shipment, as refunds will not be granted until the return is received.
