RETURNS POLICY

Karen Adams Designs wants happy customers. If there is a problem with the order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Shipping costs for non-defective merchandise are not refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer returning a product to insure the return shipment, as refunds will not be granted until the return is received.
