Our Preferred Carrier is Federal Express.

Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that our e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day. We will ship to Canada but not to other international destinations.

RETURNS POLICY

•All exchanges / returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

•All exchanges / returns should be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

•Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, unless merchandise received is damaged.We recommend using a parcel carrier that is able to track your shipment.

•Kiyomi is not responsible for returned merchandise until it is received by our warehouse.We suggest insuring returned purchases for the value of the merchandise.

•Authorized returns must be received in our warehouse within 10 days from the date of authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

•No returns or exchanges on international orders.
