SHIPPING POLICY
All merchandise shipped will be shipped via FedEx. Currently, we only ship within the U.S. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territorites.
RETURNS POLICY
At Krickette, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you find the merchandise is defective, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase as follows:
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested for ALL returns. RAs must be requested within 10 days from date of delivery.
KRICKETTE accepts online returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Please visit our shop page and use the "Email this Shop" icon to initiate your return and obtain a Return Authorization #. Include the order #, style#, color, size, quantity and reason for your return. All returns must include a copy of the invoice so that we have your complete order and contact information. All returns must be shipped back using the return documents provided in the original shipment and must clearly state the RA number provided by KRICKETTE.
If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. We recommend you use a return shipping service that you can track, and one that offers insurance. KRICKETTE is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.
Shipping and handling is non refundable.
