SHIPPING POLICY
Our Preferred Carrier is Fed Ex.
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that our e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
We ship internationally but no returns on shipments.
RETURNS POLICY
Return authorizations will be given for damaged merchandise, flawed merchandise and double shipments only.
All return claims must be in writing and faxed to our office within ten (10) days of receiving merchandise. Please specify style number, quantity and reasons for return. Fax number 310.515.6968

All return claims received after 10 days of receiving merchandise will be declined for return.
All returns without a valid kumi kookoon label will be declined by our receiving department.
