SHIPPING POLICY

Our Preferred Carrier is Fed Ex.

Many of our items are hand-made to order and can take 1-4 weeks for delivery. Orders for in-stock items generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Please feel free to inquire about a specific item's availability.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that our e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

RETURNS POLICY

LANCE wants you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will issue a refund for the value of the purchase minus shipping and handing up to 7 days after receipt of purchase. All items must be in original unused condition and packaging. All special orders are a final sale. There are no returns on International purchases. Please note, our woven leather products are one of a kind. They are dyed, stripped and woven completely by hand, one piece at the time. Color variation, even in the same item, and small imperfections are typical of our natural materials and artisanal techniques.
