SHIPPING POLICY

Our Preferred Carrier is Fed Ex.
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that our e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping costs for non-defective merchandise are not refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer returning a product to insure the return shipment, as refunds will not be granted until the return is received.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14 day, full refund policy. Items need to be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags and components still attached or included. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, dust bags and hardware need to be included with your return. Please contact our shop to initiate any return.
