Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.
When you order products from Napa Valley Bath Co. we do our best to get your shipments to you as soon as possible and in good condition. We ship in recycled pulp and boxes so please either reuse or recycle once you’ve opened your package.
We take great pride in producing and selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns of perishable items.
We do not accept returned items that were purchased in one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from our website.
We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt.
We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.
Wrap the package well, include the return form found in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
