Each bed is custom made to your specifications. "Lounger" orders generally ship out in 2-4 weeks, Pet Bed Cushions in 12-14 days.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

If, for any reason you are not happy with your bed, return to us in original packing material and box. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returned merchandise. It is suggested that you purchase shipping insurance, since lost or damaged merchandise will not be subject to refund. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging or refund will not apply.
