Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Otter Creek's e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted on unopened or otherwise defective merchandise only. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns on international orders. To arrange for a return, please contact us first to obtain return authorization.
