Quadrille uses FedEx for all Domestic and International deliveries. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. For items that must be made to order, more time may be necessary.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund of unused items within 14 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Exchange only after 14 days and within 45 days of receipt. All returns must be in “as received condition”, used merchandise cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No returns on International or Custom orders.
