Richters ships items from our stores in Atlanta and Nashville on Tuesdays and Wednesdays using overnight services, including US Postal Service and UPS. All items are shipped insured for the total amount of the sale. A signature is required upon receipt. There is no charge for shipping from Richters for all kept items. The customer is responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges for items not retained.
All PayPal orders will be shipped to your registered PayPal address. This is usually your billing address unless an additional address is registered to your account. Richters will verify your address before shipping.

Richters wants you to be pleased with any item purchased from us. If not, please contact Richters within 24 hours for authorization to return. Please call us during normal business hours for authorization. Items can only be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please contact us if there are any condition questions. All return shipments must be sent Registered and Insured through US Postal Service within 24 hours of authorization. You are responsible for all shipping fees, including insurance for the total sales amount. Upon receipt of the item in good condition, we will refund the sales amount, less the original shipping charges.
After the initial 24 hours inspection period store credit will be issued for items returned within thirty days (30 days) from the time of receipt. Special order items are considered final sale and are not refundable.
