We ship all orders Monday-Wednesday unless otherwise noted at the item level. We will ship on Thursday ad Friday by special request only. 2nd Day shipping may not be available to all areas in which case we will use the next available service. Orders received outside of those days will be processed on the next available shipping day. We will also ship overnight for a small up charge on any other day upon request at the time of purchase.

Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.

Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sallie's Greatest cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.

All sales are final. we do not accept any returns unless there is an error in the shipping of the product or your purchase has been damaged during shipment.

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. If you need to make any claim with us, it must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. Contact us upon immediate receipt of your purchase.

For an item received damaged or broken in transit: customer should retain all original packing and contents. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
