SHIPPING POLICY
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Absolution’s e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping costs for non-defective merchandise are not refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer returning a product to insure the return shipment, as refunds will not be granted until the return is received by Absolution.
RETURNS POLICY
Subject to the exceptions listed below, unused merchandise and product may be returned with receipt for a full item refund minus shipping and handeling within 10 days of purchase. Exceptions -- The following items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance: Jewelry, perfumes, candles, antiques, books, “one of a kind” items, and discounted merchandise.
