Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.

All extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for duties and taxes, payable when your order arrives in your country. RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. Only merchandise with a proven manufacturer's defect may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you do encounter such an issue, please contact our customer support via email at contact@siperfumes.com for further assistance.
Always inspect your package as soon as it is received. If items are damaged, you MUST report the problem to the carrier (FedEx) within 48 hours. Please inform our shipping department as well by emailing contact@siperfumes.com, so that replacement arrangements can be made, if applicable.
