SHIPPING POLICY

St. James Cheese ships Perishable items via Federal Express and Non Perishable items via Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise indicated on the order. We ship all orders Monday - Wednesday with 2nd Day Air shipping unless otherwise noted at the item level. We will ship on Thursday and Friday via overnight service by special request only. 2nd Day shipping may not be available to all areas in which case we will use the next higher available service. Orders received outside of those days will be processed on the next available shipping day. We will also ship overnight on any other day upon request at the time of purchase.

St. James Cheese cannot be held responsible for shipping delays

RETURNS POLICY

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. If you need to make any claim with us, it must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. Contact us upon immediate receipt of your purchase.

For an item received damaged or broken in transit: customer should retain all original packaging and contents. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
