SHIPPING
FedEx. All inventory items ship from New York same day as order confirmation within normal business hours. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground: All levels of FedEx service available by request.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from inventory we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unaltered merchandise within 21 days of sale. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in ‘as received’ condition’. Used merchandise cannot be returned. For any Special Order or Made to Order items, we guarantee your satisfaction. Though these items may not be returned for refund or credit, we are committed to altering, adjusting or remaking the item until you are happy with the final result.
