SHIPPING POLICY
We attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Continental US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 business days via Fedex Ground Service. For faster delivery, additional shipping costs will apply.
Perishable & Wine Orders:
Extreme temperatures can result in the spoilage of your order, for which we cannot be held responsible. If you are requesting perishables or wine during summer months we strongly encourage you to upgrade the shipment method depending on heat and the items themselves. Also to avoid spoilage, due to shipping locations being closed over the weekend we ship orders containing perishables only at the beginning of the week.
Restricted States on Wine Shipping:
Please note that some states have laws regarding shipment of alcohol that prohibit you from receiving wine shipments from out of state, please check your local laws. We are not responsible for wine shipments once Fedex has picked up your order.
An adult signature (over 21) is required at time of delivery and UPS will not leave package without one.
Our website is not set up to handle international orders. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us by email taigan@spanishtable.com or call at (510) 548-1383 so that we can better assist you. Be ready with what items you wish to order and your complete mailing address so that we can provide you with a shipping cost estimate. The Spanish Table is not responsible for unforeseen customs fees.
RETURNS POLICY
All wine sales are final. We do not accept any returns unless there is an error in the shipping of the product, in that case please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase. We accept returns on non-wine items up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us directly if you would like to return something, so we can discuss exactly how to handle the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturer's defects, freight damage or by result of our error.
Please note that items returned or exchanged must be in their original selling condition for full credit. In the situation that items have been opened from their original packaging, labels removed, and used, credit is determined by the resale value of the item.
