SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped from our studio in San Francisco, CA, generally within three business days.
Fed Ex is our preferred carrier:
Orders generally ship out within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery.
Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
Apparel purchased from Toute la Nuit may be returned within two weeks of receipt. Garments MUST NOT have been worn, altered, washed, or had the tags removed; in other words they must be resalable and in the same condition they were when shipped. If an item is received that is not in this condition, it will be returned to you and a credit will not be processed. You are responsible for shipping costs related to returns. You may want to send your order either insured or via delivery confirmation. NOTE: special offer, sale items, and international orders are NOT returnable.
