Extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal at Turkish-T. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for a full exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@turkish-t.com for return instructions and a return authorization number. No returns on international orders.
Please be aware that Turkish-T are hand loomed and there will be some variances in color way and some loom inconsistencies. This is normal and to be expected with hand-loomed products. If you feel the product is damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a return.
We will not accept items that have been worn or washed for a return. Private label and clearance products cannot be returned.
Please note that unless we have made a mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and will not be reimbursed
