Bastianich Adriatico Ribolla on A Wine For All

Ribolla is the most typical white wine in Brda (the westernmost region of Slovenia) and Collio (the northernmost region of Italy). It is one of the most ancient grape varieties in the area, grown here since the time of the Roman Empire. This Ribolla is produced in the heart of Brda where the grape expresses its fullest potential. This Ribolla, from middle-aged and old vines, is slightly yellow, with gold accents; the bouquet is soft with notes of lemon, green apple, citrus, and grapefruit. The harmony of acids, full body, and distinct minerality perfects the palate. highlights Ribolla's clean freshness. Citrus, green apple and mineral layer the palate with a long racy finish. Pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including asparagus, white meat, seafood, pasta, pork, and fish.

Carrier and Delivery Times:
We ship primarily by FedEx Ground, with Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air available upon request for an additional fee:
• Ground Service - approximately 1-6 business days in transit
• 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
• Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within 1 business day. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping. During extreme hot weather, we recommend ground shipping on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid the wines sitting in a hot FedEx warehouse over the weekend or using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage.
