PURCHASING ON TAIGAN

At Taigan, you can shop the best shops, designers and purveyors together with one simple checkout.

Add items to you shopping bag from as many Taigan shops as you wish, and checkout in one transactions through our secure payment gateway.

Each shop will fulfill your order separately and ship to you directly, so shipping charges are applied separately by each shop. Orders typically ship within 1 business day, unless you are otherwise advised by the shop. You will receive an email providing the details & tracking information for your shipment once it departs the shop. To ensure you receive this email, add system@taigan.com to your address book.

Each shop also has their own returns policy -- please review the returns policies on any items prior to purchase. To return an item to a shop, contact the shop thru the "email this shop link" on the site, or contact us at memberservices@taigan.com.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Each participating shop and designer on Taigan operates as an individual retailer, uploading and managing inventory availability.

Taigan cannot confirm the availability of any items on the site. All Taigan shops are monitored for their ability to promptly reply to customer inquiries and ensure prompt removal of unavailable items from presentation on the site. . Items placed in basket are not confirmed available. To secure Taigan shops’ limited availability items before they are sold out, purchase promptly.

PRODUCT PRICING AND CURRENCY

All items on Taigan are presented in USD$.

You will be charged in USD$ for any purchases made on Taigan.

SECURE PAYMENT

To protect your payment information, Taigan uses a third party gateway to receive and manage all payments. Payments include purchases on the site. No credit card data is stored by nor accessed through Taigan.

TIMING OF ORDER FULFILLMENT

Taigan shops are independent businesses operating at the local hours for their area. Each order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. If your order has been placed outside of working hours, it will be processed on the next business day. Each shop’s business hours are posted in the Shop Detail Page. Taigan’s office hours are from 9am - 5pm (CST) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

SALES TAX AND DUTIES

All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax and duty.

Taxes and duties are calculated based upon origin of item, shipping destination and category of item(s).

As each Taigan shop operates as a separate retailer on the site, each shop defines its own shipping policies, and adheres to applicable tax and duties of each country, state and municipality. Taigan calculates applicable sales tax on all orders according to updated information from a third party tax data service.

SHIPPING

Each participating shop and designer on Taigan operates as an individual retailer, with its own Shipping and Returns policies and fees. Taigan has negotiated discounted shipping rates for all Taigan shops to ensure quality delivery and competitive shipping rates.

Orders are anticipated to ship within 2 business days of receipt unless otherwise advised by shop. You will receive shipping information and a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please be sure to add Taigan to your approved sender list with your e-mail provider to ensure receipt of your shipping notification.

RETURNS

Each participating shop and designer on Taigan operates as an individual retailer, with its own return policy and fees.

Prior to completing an order with each shop, be sure to review the shop’s return policy, located on the MORE INFORMATION page or also referenced as a hyperlink from the ORDER page.

If you checked out as a guest: To RETURN an item already received, contact the shop through the email this shop link on the site.

If you checked out as a member: To RETURN an item already received, log into your account and go to ORDER HISTORY and process your return and generate your label from your account ( if the shop accepts returns or if you have not passed the return by date)

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

CANCELLING AN ORDER
