I'm a girl who loves a piece with a story. A leather bag that lives a long time and travels from owner to owner is full of stories. Leather is made to live many lives and to cycle through many owners. I love knowing that I'm just a small piece of the story behind each of the bags that are created.

Return Process: To initiate a return if you checked out as a guest: If the item is returnable and within the return window, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item that you wish to return.
To initiate a return if you checked out as a member: If the item is returnable and within the return window, please login to your account, click on Order History and locate the item within the order that you wish to return. Once you have selected the item, please follow the prompts and print your return label and affix it to the original packaging. Items may be dropped off at your local UPS.
1. All Sales must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
2. We will gladly exchange the style or color only if we are contacted within 10 days of the received date. We cannot accept goods after the 10 day window and item(s) will be returned to the customer.
All Return/Exchanges must be accompanied by :
- A completely filled out “Exchange form” (provided with all orders)
- All items must have the original tags attached.
- Your original purchase receipt.
*Any package received without these items will automatically be returned to you.
3. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your return/exchange.
4. We strongly suggest you track and insure your return/exchange shipments, as Bone Feather is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, while being shipped.
5. Due to federal health regulations, items that are worn, soiled, damaged or laundered will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
6. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will make every attempt to replace the item with the same or similar item at no additional cost to the customer.
